3. Zweck und Umfang der Datenverarbeitung
Die im Formular angegeben Daten werden für die Anmeldung zur Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen benötigt. Ohne diese Angaben kann keine individuelle und adäquate Betreuung erfolgen.
4. Rechtsgrundlage
Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit.a) EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) (Einwilligung)
5. Empfänger
Innerhalb der Universität Konstanz: International Office der Universität Konstanz.
Weitergabe der Daten an Dritte: Die MitarbeiterInnen des International Office stellen die Daten anderen Teilnehmer*Innen innerhalb der geplanten Vernetzungsveranstaltungen zur Verfügung um Kontakte und Austausch zu fördern.
6. Dauer der Speicherung
Die personenbezogenen Daten der betroffenen Person werden nach Ende der Veranstaltung am 18.05.2022 gelöscht.
7. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht, von der Universität Konstanz Auskunft über die zu Ihrer Person gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten gemäß Art. 15 DSGVO zu erhalten und/oder unrichtig gespeicherte personenbezogene Daten gemäß Art. 16 DSGVO berichtigen zu lassen.
Sie haben darüber hinaus das Recht auf Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO) oder auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO) oder ein Widerspruchsrecht gegen die Verarbeitung (Art. 21 DSGVO).
Sie haben das Recht, die Einwilligung in die Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten jederzeit zu widerrufen, wobei die Rechtmäßigkeit der aufgrund der Einwilligung bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung nicht berührt wird (Art. 13 DSGVO).

3. Purpose and scope of data processing
The data given in the form are required for the support and counselling of participants to organized and planed events. Without this information, no individual and adequate support can be provided.
4. Legal basis
Art. 6 para. 1 lit.a) EU Basic Regulation on Data Protection (DSGVO) (consent)
5. Receiver
Within the University of Konstanz: Team in the International Office of the University of Konstanz.
Transfer of data to third parties: provide and exchange data within the participants of networking events, to facilitate exchange and contacts.
6. Duration of storage
The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted after the end of the event on 18, May.2022.
7. Your rights
You have the right to obtain information from the University of Konstanz about the personal data stored about you in accordance with Article 15 DSGVO and/or to have incorrectly stored personal data corrected in accordance with Article 16 DSGVO.
In addition, you have the right to deletion (Art. 17 DSGVO) or to restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO) or a right to object to processing (Art. 21 DSGVO).
You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation (Art. 13 DSGVO).
