As an outcome of the anti-racism debate and as part of the ZUKOnnnect selection process, the Zukunftskolleg offered an internal, virtual, interactive presentation on “Unconscious Bias” in selection processes in cooperation with EAF Berlin.
EAF Berlin accompanies organizations in change processes towards more diversity in leadership and advises on the topics of diversity and equal opportunities, career and leadership, compatibility and resilience as well as democracy and participation.
The target group for the training session was chiefly the Zukunftskolleg’s Executive Committee and fellow representatives involved in the ZUKOnnect programme.
