What do I need to bear in mind when giving feedback?
Constructive feedback is helpful, destructive feedback only tears others down. We would like you to state your feedback as objectively and respectfully as possible. Describe the situation as clearly as possible so that it can be addressed constructively. We will not process feedback that does not meet these requirements or that is insulting, defamatory and/or highly subjective.
Moreover, we will delete all anonymous negative feedback that states names or refers to clearly identifiable persons (if it is not related to teaching activities).
What happens to my feedback?
Depending on the type of feedback, it is usually forwarded to the responsible unit, e.g. the department, the dean of studies of the department, division or department heads . If you name and praise a specific person in your feedback, this positive feedback will be passed on to the person concerned.
However, we will not process anonymous negative feedback that states names or refers to clearly identifiable persons, but immediately delete it (if it is not related to teaching activities).
How can I give feedback anonymously?
Simply select the corresponding feedback form. Please note: We will not process anonymous negative feedback that states names or refers to clearly identifiable persons, but immediately delete it.

Even if you do not provide personal data, the following data is still visible in the back end of the website: Login name / email address, given name and surname.
