The University of Konstanz is comprised of a wide network of research institutions. Our institutional strategy, the Centre of Excellence “Cultural Foundations of Social Integration”, as well as two graduate research schools are being funded within the context of the Excellence Initiative of the German Federal and State Governments. Additionally, many Collaborative Research Centres (SFB), research initiatives, units and centres are carrying out research at the University of Konstanz.
