María Cruz Berrocal starts new position at the University of Cantabria
Archaeologist María Cruz Berrocal has been offered a tenure-track position at the Department of History at the University of Cantabria, Santander (Spain). She will start her new position in February.
María joined the Zukunftskolleg in September 2013 as a Research Fellow. She will still carry out her research project “Eine Archäologie des Erstkontaktes der Europäer im Pazifik” in Konstanz. The DFG funds the project with 274,000 EUR for a period of two years starting autumn 2018. We are happy that María will thus still be connected to the Zukunftskolleg as an Associated Fellow.
