The Art of Storytelling

The International Office is considering offering a course on storytelling. You will get to learn about the magical art of storytelling as it was practiced for generations in front of camp fires.

You pick out a story or a fairy tale from your cultural background and we give you instructions on how to successfully tell a story to captivate your audience. While at it you can pick up valuable presentation skills you can use for your next presentation in a class room or let's face it - in front of a screen for the observable future. Through the fun art of storytelling you will get a chance to become more secure when talking in front of an audience.

The seminar sessions will be held in English. The course will take place if we have sufficient participants and after the winter holidays, probably around mid or end of March 2021. Possibly there will be an option of picking up ECTS points for this course.

If you would like to express your interest in the course, please write to international.events@uni-konstanz.de by 17 January 2021.

Virtual Escape Rooms

While searching for ideas for this Event Programme we are presenting you with now, we have stumbled upon a website that lists several digital escape rooms that we found rather charming. Some of the rooms are free of charge while others come with a price tag. See whether you will find anything to your liking: Virtual Escape Rooms.

We would like to use this opportunity to challenge you to create your own virtual escape room. We will even team you up with others who will have accepted our challenge.

What are you waiting for, drop us a line: international.events@uni-konstanz.de. Put "Escape Room" in the subject line of your e-mail and wait for us to get back to you.
