Erasmus+ internship mobility grant application deadline

NEW: Since November 15th it is possible to apply for Erasmus+ funding for internships worldwide.

“During my three month Erasmus internship in Brussels, I had the opportunity to really go behind the scenes and gain practical experience with the EU after having learned the theory behind it all during my studies. This experience helped me see the European Union’s complexity from a new perspective as well as to learn to truly value the institution because of my new experiences and friendships with interns from all corners of the EU.”

Caroline Dunning, after an Erasmus+ internship in Brussels 2015

Graduates can also receive Erasmus+ funding for an internship. The internship must be completed within a year of having finished your degree. Important: You will need to be enrolled when you apply for the internship, but must be exmatriculated before it starts as well as during the entire internship. (proof of exmatriculation: certificate of exmatriculation, examination certificate or a certificate from your university that states you have completed all the required coursework for your study programme)

Application process:

In Baden-Württemberg, all Erasmus+ internships are processed centrally by the Liaison Office for Integrated Traineeships (KOOR Erasmus Services BW) at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. Finding an internship

You will need to find your own internship for the Erasmus+ programme.

ErasmusIntern.org, an online platform created by the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) and the European Commission, assists students with their search for an internship by making it easier to contact businesses across Europe. Students can create their own profile, which includes personal information and details about the key competencies they can offer as an Erasmus+ intern. Organisations and businesses can also publish a profile for themselves and include their current internship opening/s.
