Survey conducted by Stefanie Ziegler at the Chair of International Management at the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg with the support of the Head of Human Resources at the Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK)

Stefanie Ziegler studies Business Economics and the following questionnaire is part of her master thesis at the Chair of International Management at the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg with the support of the Head of Human Resources at the Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK).

Even though shared knowledge allows researchers to build on each other’s work and achieve results faster, very little is known about influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior among scientists so far. Stefanie Ziegler would like to fill this research gap with your help.
