Fit@home&office

The possibilities of small exercises you can do at home or in the office are endless. Even a few minutes a day of mobilizing or stretching can have a positive effect. There is really no excuse. But where to start and what's good?

Your colleagues have tested it:

Workout for people who sit a lot: 8 exercises in 8 min
Christoph Kapp (cooperation partner of the Techniker Krankenkasse): "Do what our master gymnast does: simple exercises explained by a professional. Join in and counteract "rusting"."

Yoga morning routine - 10 min stretching and mobilizing the whole body
Anne Emmert (Office for Equal Opportunity): "Short and easy to fit in before work, simple enough even if you have little yoga experience."

Multifunctional exercise for the upper body - 2 min standing stretching

Anke Waldau (Academic Staff Development): "The biggest difficulty with this exercise is finding a suitable corner. Once you clear that hurdle, you have a lot of effect with little effort!"

Backpower - 5 min for the upper back
Kerstin Melzer (Gesunde Uni): "Holding your arms at your sides for five minutes while performing various movements sounds easy, but is quite challenging after a short time. It's worth persevering!"
