Projects that spur changes at the staff or institutional levels require precise, sustainable project management. At the University of Konstanz, change management is directed by the Rectorate and will be supported by the strategic project management team that was created as part of the university’s Excellence Strategy measures. The goal is to initiate, coordinate and support institutional renewal at all levels of the university administration.
