Support with university structures and processes related to human resources development and the advancement of junior researchers
We advise departments, joint research projects, German Excellence Initiative facilities and doctoral programmes on the implementation and improvement of measures in the fields of human resources development and the advancement of junior researchers. We also consult on these topics in the context of preparing joint research project applications. Our topics include how to identify suitable candidates for research teams or institutions dedicated to advancing the careers of junior researchers, the development of new support measures for junior researchers as well as the implementation of new staff development policies and individual activities such as mentoring schemes or specific training programmes.
