The main responsibility of this service area is to implement the budget in line with the existing regulations.
Every year, the university schedules the internal allocation of available disposable resources (i.e. resources not bound up in staff expenses) via global allocation. Afterwards, it grants authorisation to all beneficiaries to dispose of the allocated resources.
