Tutor management
Solid instruction and integration of tutors has been proven to increase the quality of tutorials and help lecturers, tutors and students get the most out of them.
We regularly offer workshops focusing on the most important aspects of working with tutors:
- How do I offer high-quality tutorials while conserving my own resources?
- What expectations do I place on my tutors and how do I communicate them?
- How can I collaborate with my tutors in an efficient and pleasant manner?
- How can I help my tutors to adjust to their teaching role and fulfil its requirements professionally?
- How can I prevent possible conflicts and address them when they arise?
- Which qualification services for tutors are available at the University of Konstanz and how can lecturers and tutors profit from them?
Tutor training
Student tutors take on important teaching responsibilities in tutorials, additional practice tutorials or lab courses. In addition to having specialist knowledge of the course material, tutors also contribute to the success of courses with their methodological and social qualifications.
Ziel der Schulungen ist es, Ihren TutorInnen die notwendigen didaktisch-methodischen und sozialen Kompetenzen zu vermitteln, damit sie ihre Aufgaben im Tutorium professionell meistern können. Auch erfahrene TutorInnen profitieren von dem Training.
Wir bieten Ihren TutorInnen sowohl fachbereichsübergreifende als auch fachbereichsspezifische Trainings an.
Weitere Informationen zu Terminen und Ablauf finden Sie im Vorlesungsverzeichnis (ZEuS). Dort können sich die TutorInnen direkt zur Teilnahme anmelden.
Die Teilnahme am TutorInnen-Training kann im Bereich Schlüsselqualifikationen bzw. für das Modul „Personale Kompetenz“ (Lehramt) mit 3 ECTS angerechnet werden. Zusätzlich erhalten die TeilnehmerInnen ein Zertifikat.
