Collegial Advisory Service...

...is an effective form of advising in smaller groups in which participants consult with each other on difficult cases in their counseling context in order to jointly design solutions for problematic situations with students.

In this way, you learn to better manage advising problems, to cooperate more with each other, and to reduce stress. The method of collegial advising makes it possible to systematically reflect on concrete problems and practical cases with the help of the other group members and to develop solution options for the professional life.

The collegial advising is moderately supported by the Career Service staff in terms of method introduction and questions on application, but it‘s also designed for the participants to organize themselves to a large extent and contribute their own questions from their everyday professional life.
