Participation fees

Registration

You may only register online via this website. You can pay the participation fee by bank transfer (invoice) or credit card. The early booking rate is available until xx Month xxxx.

The price is per person and includes lunch and snacks.

The registration deadline is xx Month xxxx.

Please transfer the participation fee within 5 working days. Your registration is binding only after we have received your payment. You are obliged to pay regardless of whether you attend the event.

Cancellations

Cancellations are valid only if submitted in writing (email or letter). Please send your cancellation to the conference office. You will be charged the following cancellation fees: until xx Month xxxx: 50 % of the participation fee - starting xx Month xxxx: 100 % of the participation fee.

If you need to cancel, please include your bank details.

Liability

The event organisers are not liable for damages due to force majeure or for the loss/theft of valuable items. Furthermore, the hosts and event organisers are not liable for damages associated with overnight stays and travelling. We reserve the right to change the programme and pricing.
