How to keep track of registrations?

With an online registration form, you  collect all the information you require from your guests and offer various booking options including registration for workshops or the event supporting programme. You can even set up time periods where different prices (e.g. early booking discounts) apply and are automatically calculated.

Participants will be able to register easily using the online form. They will also be able to upload scientific content. If the registration is successful, participants receive an automated email confirming their registration and details and including an invoice (PDF file). Online payment is possible via direct transfer. Credit card payment is only possible with a surcharge.

Fees: the fees for the external providers range between 10 to 15 Euros per participant, often with a one-time set-up fee of 300 euros. We can help you to find the best fitting provider for your project.

Additional optional services include:

- abstract handling (subject to additional costs)

- support with guest registration on the day of the event (subject to agreement and additional costs)
