CHE ranking of master's programmes

Konstanz psychology programme in the top group: current results of the master's programme in psychology in the CHE ranking 2022/2023.

Excellent results for the Konstanz master's programme in psychology in the current 2022/2023 ranking of master's programmes by the Centre for Higher Education (CHE): In five of six ranked evaluation criteria, the Department of Psychology placed in the top group nationwide. The master's programme in psychology received very good ratings for the overall study situation, courses offered, research orientation, transition to master's studies as well as digital teaching elements.

In particular, the possibilities for individual subject specialization, the social climate between students and lecturers, and the flexibilization of studies through digital teaching elements were positively emphasized. The master's programme also achieved top marks in teaching scientific thinking in general, inspiration for own critical reflection as well as the recognition of performance assessments.

About the CHE University Ranking
The CHE University Ranking compares around 40 subjects at German universities. The current ranking includes the evaluations of about 120,000 students and about 3,000 professors from more than 300 universities.

This year's newly assessed subjects are psychology and engineering. The psychology programme was the only Konstanz programme evaluated in this year's ranking of master's programmes. Nearly 10,000 master's students nationwide participated in the survey. The CHE ranking is available online at https://ranking.zeit.de/che/de/.
