Self-learning tool for Unconscious Bias

The self-learning tool on Unconscious Bias: use it for your personal development!

Two months ago, we introduced you to our self-learning tool on unconscious bias, which is an important step towards creating an inclusive atmosphere at our university. Today, we would like to remind you of this valuable tool and encourage you to continue using it for your personal development.

Since the introduction of the self-learning tool, many members of our university have taken the opportunity to learn more about Unconscious Bias and its impact on our daily lives and work. We are proud of the positive feedback we have received so far and would like to thank you for your active participation.

If you have not yet tried the self-learning tool, we would like to invite you to do so. Simply register on the associated website and discover the wide range of information about biases, their effects and how you can minimise their influence.

Let's work together to continuously improve our university by minimising discrimination and enabling participation for all members. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact Sebastian Tillmann in the Equal Opportunties Office.
