Then argo may be the place to look for help.

argo is initially funded by the University of Konstanz as a central service facility. While several projects are underway since late 2010, the center has made itself publicly visible only in early 2012.

Motivation

Network approaches are characterized by a different set of methods and theories than common statistical and data mining approaches. argo is run by leading experts in the field and serves to expand their capacity to provide support services from introductory guidance to cutting edge research.
