PhD thesis: "Proteomanalytik mit Hilfe neuer Methoden der Affinitäts-Massenspektrometrie".		  
Research area The major goal of the doctoral thesis is the development and application of affinity-mass spectrometric methods for investigating antigen-antibody interactions, especially for ß-amyloid peptide epitope identification, specific for llama single chain binders. The structures of epitopes are characterize with different spectrometric methods. The identified epitopes are used for affinity studies with the human serum from AD patients; synthesis and structure-function studies of immune complexes.
