Zukunftskolleg Fellows support "Corona Crisis and Beyond" funding opportunity by the VolkswagenStiftung
The COVID 19 pandemic also poses major challenges and new questions for science. The Volkswagen Foundation responded to it with its "Corona Crisis and Beyond" funding programme, providing support to researchers of all disciplines.
Now 102 projects have been approved - 1.105 applications had been received. In total, the foundation is providing a total amount of 11.7 million euros. Around 60 young scientists were recruited for the review and recommendation process. 21 of them are members of the Junge Akademie, three come from the Zukunftskolleg.
