Investment Programme for Research

The programme aims to improve apparatus and equipment in research. Participants can apply for apparatus requiring an outlay of between EUR 5.000 and EUR 10.000 for use in conducting their research. Deadline: July 16, 2017

Mentorship Programme

The programme enables postdoctoral researchers at the University of Konstanz to network with distinguished colleagues both in Germany and abroad, and to maintain these contacts. Deadline: September 30, 2017

 Independent Research Grant

The programme aims to promote independent research by researchers who are in the early stages of their postdoctoral work. The Zukunftskolleg invites applications for financial support of up to EUR 5,000 for projects that help the individual applicant attain scientific independence. Deadline: September 30, 2017

Interdisciplinary Collaborative Projects Programme

The programme aims to promote research collaborations between young researchers. An interdisciplinary research project gives grant holders the opportunity to identify and explore new, innovative and/or risky research perspectives with neighbouring disciplines and across disciplines. Deadline: September 30, 2017

Transdepartmental Collaborative Teaching Programme

The programme aims to promote the development of new teaching courses and expand departmental syllabi. It gives grant holders the opportunity to explore new, innovative topics in teaching and to further develop their teaching skills and teaching approach across disciplines. Deadline: November 1, 2017

The Intersectoral Cooperative Programme

The programme aims to develop cooperations between postdoctoral researchers and the non-academic sector. Grants will be given to support cooperations that foster joint research projects with industrial partners, companies, social institutions, cultural institutions, archives, public bodies, or non-profit organisations. Deadline: November 1, 2017
