15 February 2020 (12:00 a.m. CET): deadline for early bird registration
15 February 2020 (12:00 a.m. CET): deadline for abstract submission
13 March 2020 (12:00 a.m. CET): deadline for registration

Please use the online registration system to register for the symposium, submit your abstract for an oral or poster presentation, and to book social events.

Registration fees

The registration fee covers access to all keynote lectures and symposium sessions, the lunches and coffee breaks specified in the symposium program, conference materials, the icebreaker and the conference dinner.
