Fractal image compression offers many promising qualities. the encoding process an inexpensive design and implementation to speed up the encoding time of the fractal compression. The proposed system is easily upgradable to perform real-time processing. Algorithm on this architecture, hardware implementation, and performance analysis are also discussed.
