The letter of motivation should include:
- Goals and expected outcome: Please provide information about your current professional situation and your motivation to join the program. Point out your goals and the contribution you expect from the mentorship regarding your next career step.
- Selected mentor: Please outline what you expect from your mentor, your visit and what you want to discuss with your mentor concerning career aspects. Please write about your expectations and your goals you want to achieve with the programme.
The Letter of support by your supervisor should include:
- Your supervisor should outline briefly that he or she supports the mentorship including the research visit and that the mentorship is integrated into the further planning for the PhD.
