Quality through QualiTut
Tutors provide a considerable amount of university teaching. They lead tutorials, practice groups as well as lab courses in the natural sciences and thus contribute significantly to the learning achievements of many students.
The aim of QualiTut is to continuously secure and further develop the quality of tutorial work at the University of Konstanz. In order to achieve this, we employ several strategies: We provide tutor training that is tailored specifically to the needs of tutors, while also offering further services to university lecturers to help them guide the tutors assisting them. QualiTut also operates on a strategic level in order to establish qualified tutorial work in the individual departments.
