We will be happy to work with you to organise your company presentation or a lecture or workshop on a specialist topic on site at the university or online for students of the University of Konstanz. We charge the following flat rates for the organisation.

Included in the price for on-site events is the booking of rooms, room rental including electricity, laptop and moderation materials if necessary, marketing of the event via our website, student newsletter, social media and print, as well as supervision of the registration process if necessary. On the day of the event, a student assistant will be available to support you with set-up and as a contact person for technical questions. On request, we will provide a free guest account for the University of Konstanz Wi-Fi network.

Included in the price for online events is the marketing of the event via our website, student newsletter, social media and print, as well as support for the registration process, if necessary. Please note that for online events you are responsible for the technical infrastructure (meeting room, digital collaboration, technical support).

You can cancel the event free of charge until the registration deadline. If you cancel after the registration deadline, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100 €. If the event does not take place due to a low number of participants, you will not incur any costs.

In order to be able to include your event in our printed semester programme and, if applicable, other printed material, we need your registration including definitive date, title and content concept
for events in the summer semester (April to September) by 15 March at the latest,
for events in the winter semester (October to March) by 15 September at the latest.

Events scheduled at shorter notice during the current semester are still possible. Please note, however, that these can only be advertised via our digital channels. For events scheduled at short notice during the current semester, we need your registration including the definitive title and content concept at least one month before the preferred event date.

Stand in the university's foyer

We charge the following flat rates for the presentation of your company with a stand in the foyer of the University of Konstanz. The price includes the stand space and permission to distribute flyers. On request, we will be happy to provide you with tables, electricity and a guest account for the University of Konstanz WLAN network free of charge.

Recruiting day
 

You are also welcome to participate in our recruiting day kontaktpunkt - career day at the lake. We invite all students and graduates from the Lake Constance region to this event every year.
