Packaging and labelling of hazardous goods

Any packaging used for hazardous goods must be UN-certified (type-tested). You can tell if the packaging is approved by the UN if it has a letter and number code, e.g.

You can learn more about the UN code in the ADR regulations, paragraph 6.1.2.
