Typical work areas

and their dangers

It is hardly possible to predict which type of provision is required in which area of work. On the one hand, pension provision depends on the area of activity - but also on the various activities and not least on you personally.

  • Working environment
  • Working conditions
  • Individual performance

Anything is possible in any area: in laboratories there are office workplaces and in offices there are occasionally hazardous substances. How is your physical condition at the moment? Are you restricted, pregnant, tall and strong or rather petite?

All of this has an influence on the type of activity you can be expected to perform. The decision is made by the company doctor. In order to make this decision, she needs information from you about yourself and your workplace.

Your supervisor must, however, determine which type of prevention applies to you and register you for this prevention with the company doctor.

On this page we have therefore compiled information according to typical areas and activities, since, as I said, everything somehow has to do with each other...

Please note:

You can find the documents for occupational health risk assessment and the logon table for occupational health precautions under the following work areas.
