Your apartment will not be cleaned during your stay.

Please contact the guest house manager 10 days before you move out. The management will discuss all the details with you.

Two sets of bed linens are provided (blanket covers and pillow case, fitted sheet, Gurtex cover.
Baggage Storage
If you have questions regarding baggage storage, please contact the guest house supervisor or manager.

University Canteen
The Studentenwerk at the University of Konstanz offers a variety of food in the canteen on K7. With the following link you can find out about the cafeteria and the food on offer.

Cancellation
Cancellation and booking changes that are made more than 2 month before the rental period begins are free from cancellation charges. Cancellation and booking changes that are made less than 2month before the rental period begins are charged with one month’s rent (or less if you have booked for a period of less than one month).

Departure
Unless any other arrangements have been agreed upon, it is important that you clear your room on your day of departure by 12:00 a.m. Before leaving, please make sure that you have settled all invoices.
Deposit
The deposit for each guest house apartment is 250,-- €. If no damages occur, we will return your deposit back to you by transfer. The deposit shall be paid upon arrival at the Cashier's Office or by transfer.

Holidays
During the holidays, no one will be on site from the guest house supervision. In urgent cases, you can contact the Control Room of the University (I-Point) directly or by calling 07531 88 3131 or 07531 88 2699.

Internet
Every guest apartment has an Internet connection. The Internet connection is included in the rental price and does not to be paid additionally.
We provide for you a WLAN-Router. Only this router is allowed to be used!

Each apartment has an own mailbox, labeled with your name.
If you receive mail after your departure, the guest house management will forward it to your department in the University.

Office
The Guest House Office is the place to go if you have any questions, comments or wishes. The Office is located in the Adolf-Schmid-Strasse 5 on the ground floor. Signs mark the entrance to the office starting at the entrance to the house.

Parking Spaces
The Guest Houses also has a few parking spaces in the underground garage. If you need a parking space, please state this when booking your apartment. There is no charge for the parking space.
Pets
No pets are allowed in the apartments.

We would kindly like to point out that smoking is not allowed in the guest house.

There is a television in every guest house apartment. All costs pertaining to the television are included in the rent.

Two sets of towels are provided (large towels, small towels).

There are no telephones in the Guest House Seerhein.
