Become a student auditor

If you have not yet reached the C1 level of language proficiency but would like to get an idea of what it is like to study at the University of Konstanz, you might want to consider becoming a student auditor. Please note, however, that you will need to have completed your B1 language qualification. If you receive your money from the Landratsamt (administrative district office), you do not need to pay any fees. If you receive your money from the Jobcenter, you will need to pay a fee of 50 euros. There are three ways for you to register:

1. Visit the Student Service Centre (SSZ) in the B building

2. Complete the registration form, send it to the SSZ and transfer the required fee (50 euros) to the university’s bank account - please see the link

You are eligible for a free library card. The library is a fantastic place to sit and study, but it is very busy in February/March and July/August. Simply go to the service counter in the library’s entrance area in the B building and remember to bring your ID.
