Worries at work? External counseling for problems and conflicts at work

Trouble with supervisors, colleagues or employees, lack of motivation or the feeling of burning out - difficult situations in working life can occur anytime.

The reasons for this can lie directly in the workplace, but also in difficult phases that are experienced privately. In either case: The University of Konstanz does not leave you alone and supports you in finding ways out of difficult situations and in feeling comfortable at work again.

In cooperation with the Psychological Counselling Centre of the Diakonisches Werk, the University offers competent and confidential counseling, where you can explore your options in a protected setting, find possible solutions, and make decisions that you might not have thought of on your own.

The offer also expressly applies to all stresses and strains arising from the corona situation.
