A large percentage of the university’s graduates will go on to work in fields beyond academia. So our students can prepare themselves for their upcoming careers, we provide important training on transferable skills in the areas of leadership and social skills, management, methodological competencies and self-organisation. Academic and International Affairs develops and coordinates the entire spectrum of the university’s training in transferable skills - whether for students, researchers or participants in university-level continuing education programmes.
