Sponsorship

Sponsorship

If something is expected in return for a financial contribution to the university – for example a link to the sponsor’s website or the inclusion of the sponsor’s logo on any promotional materials – then the contributor is “sponsoring” the university. We are here to advise you!

We provide information on

  • the various sponsorship options available to you. A few things to bear in mind include: the give and take process should be fair and well-coordinated.
  • the legal framework that must be observed and what is considered appropriate for sponsorship deals
  • how to draw up a sponsorship contract.

Information on sponsorship provided by the Sparkasse Bodensee

Sparkasse Bodensee supports student projects and initiatives that have a public impact and a regional connection. Preference is given to new ideas or the realisation of new ideas in traditional projects.

Does your project or initiative require financial support? Then please send your proposal to the Communications and Marketing department, Relationship Management team. Your funding proposal (PDF format, 2-3 A4 pages) should include a project description with details of objectives and measures, as well as a possible counter-performance, financing, cost and time plan. Please also indicate where you mention the logo and the support of Sparkasse Bodensee. A one- to two-page report must be submitted immediately after the end of the funding period.

The projects for 2024 have already been selected.

We are happy to accept applications for 2025. The areas of sport and international affairs are excluded.

The Sparkasse does not accept any sponsorship requests beyond those granted to the university in the sponsorship package.
