Communications and Marketing serves as the university's central platform for science communication, marketing and knowledge transfer. It represents all areas of the university, connects them to internal and external audiences and coordinates the way the university presents itself. In order to engage in lively dialogue with society, Communications and Marketing manages the university's strategic relations and highlights the achievements of its members in Germany and abroad.

Play along in the GameLab

On 26 April 2024, the GameLab at the University of Konstanz opens its doors to the public from 10:00 to 12:30. The day before, the GameLab will host an academic workshop to kick off its new focus on studying the social relevance of digital (gaming) skills.

Abortion: Recommendations for an amendment to the law

On 15 April, the German commission on reproductive self-determination and medicine (Kommission zur reproduktiven Selbstbestimmung und Fortpflanzungsmedizin, KOMrSF) presented its recommendations for an amendment to the law on abortion. Commission member Liane Wörner (University of Konstanz) served as the scientific coordinator of Working Group 1 (topic: abortion) of the commission and comments on the results.
