KNIME is an interactive data analysis framework that is currently developed at the Chair for Bioinformatics and Information Mining. The modular data exploration platform enables the user to visually create data flows, run analyses, and investigate the results through interactive views. KNIME is being used in teaching and research projects and is the basis for collaborations and cooperations with industrial partners. Through its open API it is highly extendable and can therefore be used to develop own algorithms. In this talk I will present KNIME and also show some demo applications.
