Research area

My research is focussed on the application of high performance mass spectrometric methods to proteasome proteomics. Techniques employed include UV- and IR-MALDI and nano-ESI FT-ICR mass spectrometry for identification of 2D gel electrophoretic separated proteasome subunits by peptide mass fingerprint. These techniques will also enable the analysis of post-translational modifications.
