们必须有能力在道德原则的基础上,经过协商和讨论,而不是通过暴力、欺骗和胁迫的方式,来解决问题和冲突。

任何公民若没有充分地培养这种道德能力,却轻易沉浸在这自诩的自由与民主的妄想当中,最终他们只能被妄想反噬。

因此,我们只有给每个人足够的机会去发展这种道德能力,才能够维护真正的自由与民主。能

够胜任培养该能力的方法是存在的。
