Moral-Democratic Competence

A democratic, peaceful living together is possible only, if all citizens develop the ability to cope with problems and conflicts on the basis of moral principles through deliberation and discussion, instead of through using violence and deceit, or bowing down to others.

Because there are not enough opportunities for moral-democratic learning, education must provide them.
